1. Bespoke Custom Production Model

By executing a transaction on this Site, you explicitly acknowledge that Alpha Wears operates on a strict custom on-demand manufacturing framework. We carry zero ready-made stock inventory. Every leather belt, shoe, wallet, or custom accessory is hand-cut and tailored individual-by-individual only after formal digital validation. You bear sole responsibility for supplying precise measurement values during order configuration.

2. Contract Formation and Modifications

We reserve the right to decline or limit order fulfillment processing at our discretion for reasons including material raw leather shortages, technical layout ambiguities, or systemic payment gateway issues. In the event that a custom requirement cannot be safely crafted by our artisans, we will communicate modifications or process a balance reversal to your register profile.

3. Natural Leather Material Variations

Because our artisans work exclusively with premium genuine leather materials, buyers acknowledge that individual leather hides naturally feature unique characteristics. Minor organic variations—such as grain textures, natural hue depths, or surface stretch patterns—are intrinsic to authentic artisan manufacturing and do not constitute technical defects or product non-conformance.

4. Payment and Digital Processing Integrity

All prices displayed across our platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or respective regional currencies unless explicitly stated otherwise. Full transaction clearing or agreed structural cash-on-delivery validation must occur before your custom order pattern enters our leather cutting and production pipeline.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdictional Authority

These Terms & Conditions and any separate operational fulfillment agreements whereby we provide handcrafted services to you shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in complete alignment with the prevailing commercial laws of Pakistan, under the direct jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
