Thank you for choosing Alpha Wears. Because our products are high-quality, custom handmade leather items crafted uniquely on your demand at our workshop located at Awan Market, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, 50000, our timelines differ from standard off-the-shelf stores.

Production & Processing Timeline

• Handcrafting Window: Since zero stock is kept in advance, please allow a processing window of 4 to 7 business days for our master artisans to cut, stitch, and finish your leather items to order.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once production is finalized, your package is handed over to our local courier networks from Lahore. Shipping timelines across Pakistan generally range between 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that total delivery time equals our production timeline plus the courier transit window. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing tracking metrics once your handcrafted shipment is on its way.

Delivery Issues & Tracking

Ensure that a valid phone number and precise shipping addresses are provided during checkout to prevent courier routing delays. Alpha Wears is not responsible for shipment delays arising from incomplete addresses or uncontactable customer phone lines during delivery attempts.
