Return and Refund Policy
At Alpha Wears, we specialize in high-quality, handcrafted custom leather products. Because every item is made explicitly on customer demand and according to individual specifications, we do not maintain ready-made stock. Consequently, all items are custom-made-to-order and are exempt from standard returns or refunds.
Exemptions to Returns
- Made-to-Order Custom Items: Since each product is handcrafted uniquely for you upon order confirmation, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size choices, or buyer's remorse.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received an entirely incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our workshop address at Awan Market, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, 50000, via email at infoalphawearsofficial@gmail.com, or via phone at +923054556235.
To evaluate your claim, please provide your order number alongside clear photographs and videos showing the structural defect or error. If your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or alternative remediation on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once raw leather cutting and handcrafted production work has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled or altered.
